Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. My practice focuses on supporting young and middle-aged adults experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, and life transitions, as well as working mothers and new moms balancing the demands of family, career, and personal well-being.
My name is Ashley, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and Florida. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples across the lifespan. I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been in clinical therapy work since 2017. Prior to that I was utilizing my psychology background in case management and social work support services in various settings, working with a variety of populations (including underserved people and minorities, and previously incarcerated individuals). It is truly my life's purpose to connect with others and I love empowering individuals on their personal journey.
I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and women’s issues, including maternal mental health and postpartum concerns. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re carrying too much or no longer feel like yourself. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, better understand what you’re experiencing, and begin making meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I work with children, teens, adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change so you can live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I specialize in mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder), anxiety (generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety), and trauma-related conditions including PTSD. I am deeply committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health — and I understand firsthand how shame and silence can stand in the way of healing and daily functioning. Outside of work, I'm a parent who enjoys going to the pool and playing board games with my children, which keeps me grounded in the everyday joys that matter most.
