I believe that effective mental health care starts with trust, respect, and open communication. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and experiences. I work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other psychiatric conditions. Together, we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences and developing a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Over the past 10 years I have worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor, Group Facilitator, Counseling families, Individuals, The Sheltered Homeless population, First Responders, and the geriatric population. I have also worked with children who are in the foster care system. I have experience in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, Behavior issues, and other areas as well.

I work with adults and seniors who are dealing with anxiety, depression, panic, anger they can't quite explain, or relationships that feel stuck in the same painful patterns. A lot of the people I meet with feel like they've hit a wall they can't see a way around, whether that's disappointment from the past, self doubt, or a sense that life just isn't working the way they hoped. My work is about helping you understand how you got here, where you actually are right now, and what a different path could look like.

Whether you are struggling with depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, building intimacy in relationships, responding to emotions, or the stress of being human, it is key to know that you are not alone. I offer a safe and comfortable space to explore these struggles.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to making high-quality mental health care accessible to everyone, especially individuals in underserved and rural communities. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and through telehealth.

I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, or another mental health concern, we’ll work together to build a treatment plan that fits your life, not someone else’s.

I combine evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach, recognizing that sleep, stress, relationships, physical health, and daily habits all play an important role in emotional well-being.
