I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also hold a degree in Mind-Body Psychology and am trained in clinical hypnotherapy. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in digital marketing, which gives me unique insight into the stressors of fast-paced careers, identity development, and the challenge of balancing ambition with well-being.
I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, including women navigating heartbreak or life transitions, professionals seeking purpose, and individuals healing from trauma, anxiety, or people-pleasing patterns. I’m passionate about helping people live with more intention and emotional freedom.
Therapy is personal, and I do my best to meet people where they are—with curiosity, compassion, and care. As someone who’s done a lot of personal healing work myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help. My goal is to create a space where you can be real, be seen, and make meaningful changes at your own pace.
I specialize in creating a supportive, empathetic space for healing and growth. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate complex emotions and find empowerment in their lives.
Let's start wherever you are. Stressed? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Unmotivated? Feel like you're faking it through life? I'm with you. I welcome you to be heard, to let down and rest. I support you in working through past events, discovering your true self, and learning new skills to empower you. I work with individuals in person in my cozy office in Pasadena.
Life is Difficult! Many obstacles and challenges! I've been practicing 25+ years assisting adults (of all ages) and teens (15+) with major life changes, mild/moderate depression, anxiety, relationship/attachment issues, sobriety and its relation to mental health. I also work with high functioning career/work choices - helping students/adult-professionals find Purpose-Vision, and Ambition in their career (Life/Career-Coaching). I employ talk therapy to alleviate symptoms, elevate mood, increase self-awareness and existing strengths. I also help people in recovery to alleviate 'Character Defects' that continue on in sobriety.
I am a recently licensed counseling psychologist with extensive training and experience in psychotherapy, assessment, and psychology research. I have provided individual, couples, and group therapy at the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center (now LGBT Center), the Los Angeles VA, the Boston VA, and Enki Health Services. I have enjoyed training and supervising student therapists at the University of West Georgia and the University of Redlands. I also teach psychology at UCLA Extension. In general, I am curious about the the human mind and I am dedicated to help others who are struggling.
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adult individuals. I work collaboratively to explore the underlying negative patterns that cause you to feel stuck. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, or life transitions, therapy can be a powerful space to gain insight and feel less alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Since 2021, I have worked as an Associate Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of licensed professionals, gaining extensive experience with children, teens, and families in private practice, community mental health, and high-risk youth in the foster care system.
I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I value creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I understand that seeking therapy can feel intimidating, and I want my clients to know that I approach every session with warmth, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique experiences. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions and build the skills and confidence to thrive in their daily lives.
