I help adolescents, couples, and adults to work through adjustments, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, and trauma and create a life they love. When you are on a rollercoaster of spiraling thoughts and painful emotions, you feel broken, unseen, or voiceless. You may be experiencing confusion, guilt, pain, or shame, but you don’t have to stay there. I have great compassion for the difficulties you are experiencing, and I look forward to working with you to find your inner strength and assist you in living a happy, fulfilling life.
You might be feeling exhausted from holding everything together, anxious about the future, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit who you are. I work primarily with women and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and trauma that can be hard to put into words. Many of my clients are new to therapy or haven’t always felt culturally safe or understood in past spaces. With me, you don’t have to shrink yourself or explain your whole identity just to be believed. Together, we’ll work toward you feeling more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself again.
I believe people are capable of surviving adversities of life and succeeding. There are no perfect people. We all need love and acceptance and through working together all things are possible.
I am open minded, kind, direct, and empowering. I encourage others to improve their skills.
I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, depression, and patterns that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to help you understand how those patterns developed, reconnect with who you are, and create changes that feel sustainable rather than forced.
I have over 15 years of experience within the mental health field. I hold a PhD in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Education and Supervision. I am also a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in AR. I am also a Principal Investigator on many clinical trials for various companies.

Find the right therapist for you

Factors to Consider When Choosing a Therapist in Little Rock
Searching for therapists in Little Rock starts with knowing what kind of support you want. Therapists can help with concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. As you compare options, look for someone whose listed specialties, therapy approach, and experience match your needs. A therapist’s profile can help you understand whether they use approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, or family-focused support.
In a mid-size city like Little Rock, you may find a mix of therapists with offices near neighborhoods like Pulaski Heights, Chenal Valley, Hillcrest, and downtown, along with virtual options across Arkansas. In-person care may be a good fit if location and commute matter to your schedule, while virtual sessions can make it easier to find appointment times that work for you. Before booking, review whether a therapist is accepting new patients, offers the format you prefer, and provides a free phone consultation. Reading bios closely can also show how a therapist describes their communication style and what to expect in sessions.
Therapy in Little Rock can be a significant expense without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and understand what you may pay before care begins. Headway helps you search for therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, compare availability, review profiles, and see estimated out-of-pocket costs before booking. You can browse therapists in Little Rock, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
