You have been managing. Getting through the days, handling what comes at you, keeping it together. But somewhere along the way, that started to feel like the ceiling instead of the floor. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the kind of stress that stops feeling temporary. I also work with LGBTQIA+ and transgender individuals, and with people facing major life transitions who are ready for something to genuinely shift. My approach is practical and grounded. I am here to help you get unstuck and move forward with more confidence than you walked in with.
I am Latoya Henry-Morrison, a board-certified psychiatric mental health practitioner who is experienced in the management of patients with varying mental and behavioral health needs, from all ages and stages of development, all across the lifespan. My background as a professional registered Nurse has equipped me with the relevant prerequisites of being a nurturer, which I believe is one of the most important attributes that aids patients in achieving their individual health goals sooner. I am a compassionate, caring, and empathetic individual who strives to be a voice for the voiceless and advocate for those who need guidance towards gaining and sustaining optimal baseline health.
I currently have the privilege of working with and caring for patients from both the paediatric and adult population, who present with varying psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, bipolar, OCD, PTSD, and insomnia, to name a few, by utilizing scientifically based practices/ approaches. I wholeheartedly believe that mental health is cohesive with all other aspects of life and thus examines the patient's environmental, social, emotional, and situational health to appropriately guide them in sustaining and obtaining holistic well-being

Welcome! I'm John Ely - formally John N. Ely, Ph.D., LPC, informally "John" or "Doc". I hold an earned doctorate in Counseling granted by Marquette University in 1980 and have over 40 years of experience and psychotherapy. I'm a Licensed Master and Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping people through some of life's hardest moments. I work with individuals, families, and groups, and I have specialized training in trauma, eating disorders, and sexual health concerns. I'm also passionate about the bigger picture — how the world around us affects our mental health — and I bring that perspective into my work. I'm currently accepting new clients.
My work focuses on helping individuals through life transitions whether that be in the form of grief, trauma or overall changes happening and causing disruption to your life. I have been in the therapy world for 6 years now and prior worked in community focused organizations. I have training in trauma-informed therapy, as a death comadre, CPP, and perinatal mental health.
Hello,
I'm Lynn and I have supported individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges through individual and group therapy, using compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe healing happens through both stability and growth. I work with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to support coping, emotional well-being, and lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, and cruising.
Hello, my name is Reshma, and I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I work with individuals to support their mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.
We’ll work together on therapy, medications if appropriate, and practical coping strategies.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and supported.
I have found my own personal healing to be intimately connected to nature, and it is here that I believe that we can all begin to rediscover our intrinsic humanity and let go of those things that distract us from our higher selves. In my spare time, I work as an outdoor educator and manage my own private practice and guide Outdoor Retreats
I believe it is helpful and important to translate what is discussed in session and in telehealth meetings into lived experience and real change.
