I have been in the mental health field for almost 10 years. I spent two years as a case manager for kids 6-17. I completed my internship and practicum at a rehab facility that worked with everything from trauma, substance use, and mood disorders. I work in the prison system for three years, two of which I was a substance abuse counselor. I have been running my own practice for just over two years now. I am a trauma-informed, Jungian-oriented psychotherapist with analytic training. My work is grounded in depth psychology and an understanding of how past experiences shape present patterns.
