I am a non judgmental, calm, fun therapist that wants to get to know you. I am a safe person to talk to. I have an LCSW and I earned my Masters Degree in Social Work and Gerontology at Loma Linda University in 2014. I also have a play therapy certificate from Capella and have worked with all ages and many diversities.
Hello, my name is Reshma, and I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I work with individuals to support their mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.
We’ll work together on therapy, medications if appropriate, and practical coping strategies.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard and supported.
I recognize how hard change is and you deserve to thrive. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing independently since 2014 and have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who you are becoming, therapy can give a supportive place to make sense of what you’re experiencing and move forward more confidently. I work with adults navigating life transitions in education, career, relationships, family, health and environment, and identity exploration and reinvention and all that comes with learning to adapt. In our work together, you’ll be met warmly through curiosity and acceptance. I’ll help you identify and rewrite self-limiting patterns, build practical self-regulation skills, and develop healthier ways to adapt to change, so you can feel more grounded and empowered.
You have probably been carrying something for a while without saying it out loud: anxiety that will not switch off, grief that still ambushes you, drinking that stopped feeling like a choice, or trauma your body has not put down. Helping people find their way through that feels like my sacred calling. Ever since I was young, I've been the person who deeply listens, and I've always sensed the healing that happens when we finally have a trusted, compassionate witness to our story. The story you carry about your past can be the source of your suffering or the key to your freedom, and together we can gently begin to shift it. Whatever pain you're holding, you don't have to hold it alone. I work with individuals, and with couples and families who want to find their way back to each other.
Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and veteran, I am solely focused on your mental health. What are you goals? How can I help you achieve how your daily challenges affect you?
Hi! I’m Camille. Thank you for being here. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals and families across many different healthcare settings—from emergency nursing and the COVID-19 pandemic response to travel and concierge nursing, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and outpatient psychiatry. After years of living and working in major cities, including New York and Los Angeles, I eventually found my way to California’s Sierra Nevada foothills. My own experiences shape the way I connect with people. I’m a mother, a first-generation immigrant, part of a multicultural family, and a member of a rural mountain community. A meaningful part of my work is with high-achieving adults—professionals, executives, graduate students, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and others who may appear to be doing well by every external measure while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or simply not quite like themselves. I also understand the unique weight that can come with intergenerational expectations, cultural identity, and learning to navigate more than one world at once.
Hello All!
As a LSCSW I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in correctional, school, and psychiatric settings; while providing mental health services tailored for each individual. I help identify and navigate all of life's endless transitions and challenges. My style is warm, honest, culturally responsive, and judgment-free. Together, we will build self-love, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, recognize behaviors that may be holding you back, and explore healthier perspectives that support meaningful change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward their goals.

Headway makes it easier to find support for overcoming addiction — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Factors to Consider When Choosing an Addiction Therapist in Glendale
Finding addiction therapists in Glendale starts with understanding what kind of support fits your needs. Addiction care can include support for alcohol use, drug use, substance use concerns, gambling, and other behavioral patterns. Some therapists use approaches like motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy for substance use, or harm reduction frameworks. Some people may also work with a prescriber as part of their care team, depending on their needs. As you compare therapists, look for training and listed specialties that match what you want to address.
Glendale offers local access to mental health care, and virtual appointments can expand your options across Arizona when nearby availability is limited. Recovery can involve changes over time, so it helps to find a therapist who describes a clear, non-judgmental approach and experience with substance abuse and counseling. You can also compare appointment times, whether a therapist is accepting new patients, and whether a free phone consultation is offered. Reading bios can help you understand how each therapist talks about addiction care, communication style, and session structure before you book.
Therapy in Glendale can be a significant expense without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to lower session costs and see your estimated out-of-pocket cost before your first appointment. Headway helps you find addiction therapists who accept a wide range of insurance plans, are accepting new patients, and offer direct booking. You can browse therapists, review bios, compare virtual and in-person options, and book when you are ready.
