I am a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in AZ and also WA state.

I have been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 13 years and have practiced in multiple areas. I have 3 years of MAT experience and am board-certified as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have always had a special interest in mental health and psychology. I can relate to people and listen to their concerns in a very empathetic manner.

Together we will work to untangle those racing thoughts and patterns that keep your nervous system on high alert, then develop skills and boundaries that help you feel steadier in real life.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe mental health is an essential part of living a grounded and meaningful life. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and high personal standards that often lead to negative self-talk. Through Essential Being Therapy, my goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build self-compassion, and reconnect with their essential being.

I work with individuals, couples and families with teenagers who are struggling with managing stress, depression and anxiety, sexual issues (such as porn use, kink and gender issues), parenting and couples relationship conflicts, as well as helping individuals move on from past experiences of trauma or loss. I have a doctorate in Social Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. I have a solid and extensive background and training in treating addictions and substance abuse.

I have a background in youth and young adults ages 10-24 with trauma. I have worked with military adult populations for 6 years. I have 10 years experience in sport psychology, working with athletes and their parents. I specialize in LGBTQ+, and identify as gay.
