¡Hola! I'm Leidy, a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist. I work with adults navigating major life transitions, grief and loss, fertility issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, family transitions and more. Many of the people I work with are in the middle of something big, whether that's a loss, a shift in their family, a fertility journey, or simply a season of life that feels heavier than expected, and they're looking for a space where they can finally exhale.
I'm originally from the Dominican Republic, and Spanish is my first language. As an immigrant myself, I understand what it's like to navigate multiple worlds, identities, and expectations. I'm also the proud parent of a son with autism, so I know firsthand what it's like to walk through major life transitions, advocate for your family, and find strength you didn't know you had. These experiences shape the way I show up for my clients every day.
My background is rooted in community work. I spent years in non-profit organizations supporting diverse communities, and that experience taught me the importance of meeting people where they are, honoring their culture, language, strengths, and identities. I believe in creating individualized treatment plans that reflect the whole of who you are.
Welcome! and thank you for taking the time to do this step for yourself. As a psychiatric provider, I am committed to working with you and your family on your journey to healing and discovering your best self throughout this process. I am a board certified Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), currently licensed in Washington State and Massachusetts. I have been working in the healthcare industry for over two decades, treating adults age 18+ with chronic severe anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma, personality disorders, substance abuse disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
I am a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in AZ and also WA state.
I have been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 13 years and have practiced in multiple areas. I have 3 years of MAT experience and am board-certified as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have always had a special interest in mental health and psychology. Hi! My name is Emilia Magana; Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have been providing evidence-based therapy for over 13 years in the State of Washington. I specialize in Behavior Modification and managing Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Addiction, and Neurodivergent impact.
I currently accept individual adult clients only through Headway. I do not provide couples or family therapy through this platform at this time.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and more connected relationships. My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, honesty, and meaningful connection.
I specialize in relationship therapy, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, attachment wounds, complex trauma, and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy. I also support clients navigating life transitions, grief, shame, self-worth, communication challenges, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves and others.
My work draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, somatic awareness, humanistic and existential therapy, and trauma-informed care. I help clients slow down, listen inward, understand their patterns, and develop more compassionate and empowered ways of relating.
As a queer-affirming therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients and relationships. I strive to create a space where clients can bring their full selves—without judgment—and explore healing in a way that honors their identities, histories, relationships, spirituality, and lived experience.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than four years of clinical experience. I have training in EMDR, Gottman, Emotionally Focused and Relational Life Therapy. My client focus is adults and couples.
I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 5 years of experience working in outpatient hospital clinics and correctional settings. I support individuals facing substance use, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and psychosis, and I offer a range of psychotherapy approaches. My style is compassionate, transparent, and patient-centered. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. I believe in breaking down stigma and working together to find what truly helps you feel better.
I’m Dr. Hollis‐Keene, a Doctor of Nursing Practice and dual‐board‐certified Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP‐BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‐BC). I specialize in evidence‐based psychiatric care that integrates holistic/functional psychiatric care principles to support whole‐person healing. My practice blends traditional psychopharmacology with lifestyle, nutrition, and mind‐body approaches to help clients understand the root contributors to their symptoms—not just manage them.
I believe treatment works best as a collaborative partnership. My role is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we explore mood, anxiety, trauma, and thought‐related concerns together. With experience in direct patient care, clinical teaching, and guiding interdisciplinary teams, I bring a comprehensive perspective to each client encounter.
Whether we’re evaluating medication options, addressing underlying physiologic drivers of mental health symptoms, or building sustainable coping strategies, my goal is to help you move toward meaningful, lasting wellness.
If you’re ready to begin or continue your mental health journey, I would be honored to work alongside you.
I enjoy learning about ways we can change and understand our human existence. We are thinking, feeling and doing beings. Cognitive behavioral therapy provides a framework to identify ways to do it differently and better. Trauma treatment modalities like EMDR may support processing neurological and physiological reactions and being able to feel secure and safe while staying connected to others more fully. Our story is just that; we write it and edit it. We get to choose the chapters and path of our lives, through the unknowns, mysteries and celebrations.
