I’m Zsuzsanna (“Zsuzsi”) Balogh, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree from Seattle University. I provide outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults, with a focus on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based medication management, and supportive therapy. My background includes outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatry, eating-disorder treatment, substance-use recovery, foster care and disability services, and experience with TMS. Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, calm, and collaborative.

I work with individuals, couples and families with teenagers who are struggling with managing stress, depression and anxiety, sexual issues (such as porn use, kink and gender issues), parenting and couples relationship conflicts, as well as helping individuals move on from past experiences of trauma or loss. Hello! I'm Niamh ( pronounced Neve). I work with dreamers, perfectionists, those that feel stuck or unheard, underappreciated or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are pregnant or in the postpartum period. I also work with many clients that work in the tech industry, college students, therapists, aviation professionals, authors, and artists. The issues that my clients primarily have are related to depression, anxiety, burn-out and relationship stress.
