I have worked with clients and their families in various capacities for the past 12 years. I have found that I love helping people heal from past traumas and overcome whatever is holding them back. Through my training, I have found that the brain and body have incredible healing mechanisms hardwired into them. I am honored to be able to help others unlock those healing aspects and to help people enjoy their lives more fully. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and later completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board-Certified (PMHNP-BC) with experience in mental health care since 2016. I earned my psychiatric certification in 2019 and have dedicated my practice to helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health concerns with compassion, respect, and clinical expertise.

For over 17 years I have been working with individuals and couples who want more out of their lives and relationships, especially when things feel stuck, overwhelming, or unclear. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where honesty is respected, pain is allowed, and practical steps are made collaboratively to help you towards change at a pace that feels natural for you.

I'm looking forward to coming alongside and walking with you as your mental health journey unfolds. In 2023 I completed my doctoral training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. I earned my board certification in the fall of that same year. Since then I've had opportunities to work with clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide variety of mental health needs. I’ve worked with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more.
