I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to adolescents and adults across Washington State. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. My services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and supportive therapy to tailor care to each person’s needs.

I am a down-to-earth, supportive, nonjudgmental, and open-minded Board Certified Psychiatric NP. I began my work in psychiatric care as a registered nurse treating patients in various hospital settings who were experiencing a mental health crisis. For a more rewarding 1-on-1 approach, I returned to grad school and earned a Masters, and chose to become certified as a Psychiatric NP. I am honored and fortunate to have the opportunity to manage medications for kids and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Panic, Sleep problems, and other ailments from a place of encouragement and respect and based on an ever growing library of peer reviewed scientific literature and medical treatment guidelines.

As a dually certified provider, I offer a unique blend of clinical precision and compassionate, holistic care for both the body and soul. My journey began in 1995 as a nurse, followed by earning my medical degree in 2002 and completing a residency in General Pathology in Postgraduate Education Academy, Kharkov, Ukraine, which provided me with a profound understanding of the biological foundations of health. In 2006, I met my future husband and moved to the United States.

In the United States, I advanced my nursing career, working as a Registered Nurse and becoming a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2019. During this time, I managed complex primary care and detoxification protocols for adults and adolescents in behavioral health inpatient settings. In 2024, I achieved my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
