My name is Monica, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner proudly serving individuals and families throughout Washington state. After seven years as a psychiatric nurse, I recently transitioned into a nurse practitioner role, graduating with honors and deepening my commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate mental health care. Working with individuals across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, has given me a broad understanding of the diverse challenges people face and the resilience they possess.

Working as a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, for the past 20 years, has provide me the privilege to focus on the importance of managing mental health concerns. I enjoy working with individuals ranging ages 9 - 92. This has provided me with the opportunity for growth, being able to learn new cultures, new or previous treatment practices in order to resolve they concerns at hand.

Reaching out for mental health care can be hard, especially if you have felt dismissed, rushed, or misunderstood in the past. I want you to know that I take a different approach. I believe people do best when they feel heard, respected, and involved in their care.

I work with adolescents age 13 and up, as well as adults, and I enjoy helping people make sense of what they are going through in a way that feels supportive and practical. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, stress, or just feeling unlike yourself, my goal is to create a space where you can speak openly and feel comfortable being honest about what is really going on.

Hello and welcome! My name is Carly Fritz. I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Seattle. I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. I enjoy helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, family & relationship difficulties, stress/burnout, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions.

I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. As a dually certified provider, I offer a unique blend of clinical precision and compassionate, holistic care for both the body and soul. My journey began in 1995 as a nurse, followed by earning my medical degree in 2002 and completing a residency in General Pathology in Postgraduate Education Academy, Kharkov, Ukraine, which provided me with a profound understanding of the biological foundations of health. In 2006, I met my future husband and moved to the United States.

In the United States, I advanced my nursing career, working as a Registered Nurse and becoming a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2019. During this time, I managed complex primary care and detoxification protocols for adults and adolescents in behavioral health inpatient settings. In 2024, I achieved my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Hi, I’m Angilee, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 12 years of healthcare experience and recently completed advanced training in mental health care. I’ve worked with children and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings, helping with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I’m passionate about helping you feel better and take control of your mental health.

Hi, I’m Maddie, a mental health counselor who works with teens, and young adults navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and identity development. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University and have a background in English Literature from Western Washington University. I’ve worked within the Bellingham counseling community and value supporting individuals in a place I’ve long called home.
