I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist with over a decade of counseling experience in a variety of environments. I am an LGBTQ* and neurodiverse celebratory therapist! I have always been drawn to hearing people's stories and want to know all about you-what are your passions? What are your stressors? How can we get you where you want to be? I firmly believe that everyone possesses both resiliency and a unique spark that makes them who they are. I love to help people find their strength and spark.
I earned my Master of Science Degrees in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Master's level certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2017. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach which is tailored to the individual needs of each client. I believe that counseling is a fundamental tool that we should all have access to. It is important for everyone to have the necessary tools to cope, manage, and work through life’s challenges. As long as you are willing to do the work, nothing is impossible.
Hi! My name is Kathryn Price, and I specialize in working with clients that have experienced trauma, and disordered eating habits and/or negative body image. I also have experience in working with a variety of mental health disorders and substance use. I graduated with my Masters degree in Clinical Counseling, with an emphasis in Addictions in 2018 from East Carolina University, and have over 8 years of education and counseling experience in a variety of professional settings.
I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to have it all together. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals who are used to being the “strong one” for everyone else, but privately struggle with relationships, boundaries, confidence, or life transitions. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up authentically, gain insight into patterns that no longer serve you, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. I especially enjoy working with Black women and LGBTQ+ adults and strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive space where clients can show up fully as themselves.
I help to create a safe, collaborative space where you will feel seen, not judged. Our relationship is one where you can let your guard down and show up as your full self. It is my goal to use a warm and compassionate relationship to walk alongside you, offering reflection, compassion, and challenge when needed to help you reach your goals.
I'm Janna Williams, and my path to becoming a therapist is anything but traditional — and I think that's exactly what makes me effective. After 30 years with the State of North Carolina, I retired and did what most people wouldn't: I started over. I became a mobile crisis team responder, showed up for people in their hardest moments, and discovered exactly where I was meant to be. I hold a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from UNC Charlotte (Go Niners! 🤘) and earned my Master of Social Work from UNC Pembroke in 2022 (Go Braves! 🏹). My background spans the judicial system, child welfare, substance use, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention — which means I've seen a lot, and very little surprises or intimidates me. I'm here with you at Greater Vision Counseling Services, Southern Pines, and I am genuinely honored to be part of your story.
Hello! My name is Cierra Alsobrooks, it’s great to meet you! I am a UNCW & NCSU alumni & have been providing therapy services for 5 years, primarily working with college aged individuals for concerns of anxiety, depression, stress management, adjustment, trauma, disordered eating, and OCD.
Welcome, and thank you for taking this courageous step toward your well-being. Seeking support is often the first step toward reclaiming your story.
My name is Angela, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience supporting children, teens, and adults.
Drawing on more than ten years of practice across both outpatient and inpatient settings, I partner with clients to weather life's most significant hurdles, whether you are managing anxiety, navigating a major life change, working through family dynamics, or facing an acute crisis.
Therapy isn't about fixing who you are; it’s about discovering who you can become. My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based care, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. By blending these strategies with collaborative, supportive guidance, we will work together to help you reshape unhelpful patterns, navigate transitions with confidence, and step fully into your potential.
You don't have to navigate it all alone, so let's take the next step toward living your very best life together.
