I have been blessed to learn so many different modalities that truly bring healing to those who are willing to risk vulnerability and live to their greatest potential. On this journey I have been able to work with a variety of ages and backgrounds. They have all one thing in common- finding their way back to their authentic selves. I received my bachelor's in psychology from Utah State University and went on to get my Master of Social Work from the University of Utah. I specialize in treating OCD and Anxiety Disorders. I strive to provide an open-minded, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space. I welcome conversations around diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy (ENM), as well as faith transitions, spiritual exploration, and deconstruction.
