My therapeutic style remains flexible and collaborative, focusing on your individual strengths, needs, and motivation. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients in this work and to be trusted by them as they share their stories. Life can get heavy—whether you’re juggling family dynamics, relationship stress, parenting challenges, or just trying to stay afloat. Maybe you’ve always been the dependable one, the person everyone else leans on, but you’re starting to realize it’s time to focus on yourself. You want less tension, more connection, and practical tools that actually make a difference. You’re not after a quick fix—you just want someone real to help you sort things out and walk with you through the hard parts.
You don't have to explain your whole story before we get started. Whether you're working through old trauma, anxiety that follows you into every room, or family dynamics that have never felt right, I'm here to help you make sense of it, and move through it.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Science in counseling. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I've supported people through trauma, grief, addiction, bipolar disorder, relationship conflict, and some of life's most disorienting transitions. I bring cultural awareness, warmth, and a direct style to every session. Good therapy should feel real, not clinical.
I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in relationship, and I'm committed to being a consistent, grounded presence in that process. I have been in the mental health field in last 5 years and a mental health therapist since 2024.
Margarita Rice is a double-board-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner. Her education and clinical experience give her a well-rounded perspective on physical and mental well-being. She treats mental health, metabolic health (wellness, weight loss, prediabetes), and hormone health (BHRT for men and women.
As a board-certified, doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner, I treat a variety of mental health disorders using medication management as well as can incorporate psychotherapy within the session based on situational necessity. My focus is across the lifespan, including children and adolescents.
If you're the one everyone else leans on, welcome. You've found a space where you don't have to perform.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience, I help adolescents (12+) and adults navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the lasting weight of trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and I'm trained in Brainspotting, integrating music and creative practices when they fit. Sessions with me feel like real conversation, clinically grounded, never clinical-feeling.
You are not broken, and you were never meant to be fixed. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to begin.
