Past psychiatric training involved inpatient, outpatient and Partial Hospital Programs involving diagnosing and medically managing psychiatric issues.

The first half of my career I spent working with adolescents in schools and in their homes as a therapist. I gained a deep appreciation for their resilience, insight and growth. I founded Advocate to Awareness nonprofit in 2015 which has provided teaching /consultation services for schools and various service providers. The program initiatives address substance abuse and addictions among youth and young adults.

I worked as an in-home therapist to assist families develop coping skills to assist loved ones manage anger and drug related issues for 15 years. I have also worked at Honor Ridge Academy School located in Clark, NJ as a School Counselor/Behavioral Manager since 2007.
