It can be difficult to find mental health support, and even more challenging to find the RIGHT support. Whether you are at the beginning of a journey, wanting to maintain a current course, or have tried various interventions and now want something different, I may be able to help. I work with clients to create care plans that support long term improvement and avoid overmedication that can destroy creativity and lead to the "zombie" effect. My goal is to shift the focus from "what is wrong?" to "how can things improve?"
Accepting New Clients: if you are seeking medication management & mental health services for treatment of anxiety, ADHD, depression or OCD, and you are an adult or college student located in MA, NH, ME, VT then you have come to the right place. Treatment is personalized & holistic. This approach supports you in meeting your goals while overcoming challenges & empowers reconnecting with your strengths while moving towards a more balanced & fulfilling life. During treatment, supplements, diet, lifestyle & self-care interventions are explored.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Louisiana (#7329) and New Hampshire (#3228). I earned my Masters degree in Social Work from Tulane University. My training focused on looking at the whole picture — not just your immediate symptoms, but all the moving parts of your life that affect your well-being. I often work with adults (ages 24 - 70) dealing with anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Board certified in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, I bring years of experience helping people manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression across all ages. My background spans a wide range of clinical settings and diverse populations, giving me the flexibility to meet you where you are. I practice telehealth-only medication management, so you can access care from the comfort of home, whatever your schedule looks like.
