I have worked in several clinical and therapeutic settings including working in private practice for several years, and having had the unique opportunity to work with underprivileged folks in a correctional setting both in an individual therapy and group therapy capacity. These unique experiences have given me the opportunity to work across a variety of settings and acquire a multidisciplinary approach for individuals with unique and specific needs.

Rather then erasing emotional pain, resilience acts as a protective buffer the equips us to process pain without becoming overwhelmed. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, providing comprehensive mental health care across diverse populations. My background includes extensive work in behavioral health emergency settings, partial hospitalizations, IOP, recovery care, community psychiatric care. I also have experience supporting dually diagnosed patients with co-occurring medical conditions, giving me a broad perspective on the complex interplay between mental and physical health.

I earned my PMHNP degree from Post University and hold PMHNP licensure in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to evidence-based care, while continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, I see clients with a wide range of issues and complexities. I partner with clients to offer solution-focused and brief interventions with a side of humor.

My current specialty is treating patients with anxiety, depression and PTSD. Opioid use disorder with suboxone. As a provider I like to collaborate with my patients as to their desires and the direction they want to take on their journey to wellness. I like to take a conservative approach. In addition to any medications that may be prescribed, therapy is encouraged to all patients. I believe in mindfulness, exercise, and behavioral therapies.

I am a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in both acute care and psychiatric nursing. In my practice, I believe that understanding your issues is the first step toward healing. I take the time to truly listen to your experiences, validating your feelings, and recognizing the weight of what you’re going through. With a holistic approach to psychiatric and medical management, I specialize in the medication management of ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, and Insomnia.
