Aside from work, I enjoy time with my husband, our 4 wonderful children, and loving on our pug, Miss Pearl.My areas of expertise include assisting clients in managing stress, anxiety, addiction, grief, loss, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, perimenopause, and serious mental illnesses. I specialize in addiction treatment in both substances and pornography/sexual addiction. I was born and raised in Michigan. I love the four seasons and all of the college and professional sport teams. I have over 20 years of behavioral health experience and both mental health and substance abuse. I also hold a certificate from Western Michigan University for treating drug and alcohol addictions.
