Hi, my name is Lindsey Manza, and I provide therapeutic services for adolescents and young adults ages 13–26 who are experiencing challenges related to substance use. My clinical focus is group therapy, with an emphasis on supporting individuals as they explore patterns of substance use, increase insight into underlying factors, and develop healthier coping strategies.

I partner with people experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction related coping and life transitions to identify and reach their goals. I am dedicated to serving the needs of the LGBTQ+ and broader community and am committed to creating a safe, accepting and supportive environment for those I partner with.

I'm Moneak Parker, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Michigan, working with adolescents and adults through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment planning. I support clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality, OCD, PTSD, panic disorders, sleep concerns, anger, and substance use. My goal is a space where you feel heard, respected, and genuinely in charge of your own care.

I graduated from University of Southern California School of Social Work in 2014. I specialize in working with individuals carrying the weight of significant trauma, addictions, unresolved grief, and painful life experiences that can feel isolating or overwhelming. I support those who struggle with trust after unhealthy relationships, major life transitions, or who have turned to alcohol or other substances to cope with emotional pain.

I also work with individuals healing from addiction, substance use, and mental health challenges, and I have experience supporting military families as they navigate the unique barriers of having a loved one in the military, as well as serving Veterans. My goal is to offer a supportive space for healing, connection, and meaningful change.
