I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, pre- and postpartum challenges, relationship issues, self-esteem, and major life transitions. Over the years, my practice has evolved to focus primarily on adults who want to better understand what is getting in the way of their happiness, relationships, success, or overall well-being.

I’m warm, open-minded, down-to-earth, and believe humor absolutely has a place in therapy. I’m also serious about boundaries and helping people find their voice. You don’t have to become a different person to feel better. Often, our work is about understanding yourself more clearly, recognizing what is no longer working for you, and becoming more comfortable making choices based on what you actually need—not just what keeps everyone else happy.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, eating concerns, and emotional regulation. I'm trained in EMDR, which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD — it helps process difficult memories in a way that doesn't require you to re-live every detail out loud. For clients who connect better through creativity than conversation, I also offer art therapy as part of our work together.

I work with adolescents and adults across Western Massachusetts via telehealth, with some of the most flexible scheduling in the area — mornings, evenings, and weekends available.

My name is Jaime Frazier, and I am a licensed mental health clinician with more than nine years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of behavioral health settings. Throughout my career, I have provided individual, group, crisis, and substance use treatment services, helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working in outpatient, crisis intervention, residential, partial hospitalization, and community-based treatment settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress management concerns.

I grew up in MA. I earned a 2nd-degree black belt from Premier Martial Arts. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UML. I worked at a group home for teenagers, then one for adult men with schizophrenia. I worked as a support and then a lead teacher at a day program for adults with developmental disabilities. There, I learned a lot about Behaviorism and ABA. I was then able to work as a clinician as I finished my graduate degree.

I earned my graduate degree at Fitchburg State University. I did my internship at the Community Health Center in Fitchburg. I worked in community mental health before venturing out on my own.

I specialize in EMDR for complex trauma and solution-focused short-term therapy. I am willing to share personal and HIPAA-compliant info if it is relevant to your recovery. I chose this specialty because it has worked for me! Let me show you how you can take back control of your mental health.

I have over thirty years of experience helping clients achieve their goals in a supportive and safe environment. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I received my undergraduate degree from Stanford University and my Masters of Social Work from Columbia University. I have resided in both the United States and Latin America. I look forward to working with each and every client, in order that they may reach their happiest self possible.

I graduated from Smith College School of Social Work in Northampton, MA, in 2002 and have been helping people with various mental health issues since that time. I have been trained in psychodynamic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing, among other modalities.
