I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatry, telepsychiatry, substance use treatment programs, correctional facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.

I've spent the past 8 years doing this work, and the thing that's never changed is what I care about most: helping people feel genuinely heard, sometimes for the first time. I specialize in couples therapy, women's issues, cultural and identity work, and supporting adults navigating anxiety, panic, anger, and the weight of managing everything on their own. As a Black woman, I bring particular intention to working with clients navigating the intersections of culture, identity, and mental health — clients who want a therapist who doesn't need everything explained from scratch. My style is direct, energetic, and fully invested in where you're actually trying to go.
