Welcome! Creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood is the cornerstone of my clinical practice. I am Dr. Lyda HG. I am a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor to practice in Florida (LMHC). I obtained my PhD in Counseling at George Washington University and my master’s in clinical Mental Health at Villanova University.

I am a Catholic, bilingual, and bicultural clinical mental health counselor providing services in English and Spanish. I migrated to the United States 19 years ago as an international student. I bring a deep understanding of diverse lived experiences and the unique stressors related to acculturation and immigration. Also, I am an assistant professor, proudly teaching at the university level, to the next generation of master and doctoral students in Counseling.

I’m Hunter Garrett, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to partnering with children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s hardest seasons. I have spent my career in a diverse variety of clinical settings and environments, working with patients from all backgrounds. I completed my advanced training at Vanderbilt University, where I focused on compassionate and holistic, evidence-based mental health care. Those experiences shaped my belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and treated with genuine respect.

I am committed to providing compassionate, individual care in a welcoming and respectful environment. I believe that every client deserves to be listened to and treated with dignity. My goal is to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and actively participating in your treatment

I’m Dr. Simone Blanchard, an international psychologist and the creator of the InnerLightT Model.

My work integrates psychology, energy awareness, and reflective practices to support individuals and communities through change, uncertainty, and transition. Over time, I observed that many people struggle not because they lack motivation or discipline, but because they lack clarity about what is happening internally—in their thoughts, emotions, and habitual behaviors.

InnerLightTM was developed to provide that clarity.

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and the sole provider for George William Health and Wellness. I assess, diagnose and prescribe psychiatric medications. Depending on the circumstances, some patients want small amount of therapy added on to their medication management session.
