I am a friendly goal-oriented therapist who believes strongly in positive self-reinforcement. I have a Master's degree from La Tech University with a background in private practice for over 20 years. I am Licensed in Louisiana and Texas as a professional counselor. I am also Licensed as a marriage and family therapist in Louisiana.

When I started undergrad at LSU, I always knew I wanted to pursue a private practice in therapy. I completed my MSW at LSU to later achieve my license in clinical social work. I was fortunate to serve in many different settings (healthcare, schools, families, etc.) where I found a common concern in all of them- the need for therapy.

Now that I am in this position working with individuals in therapy, I don't take for granted the unique opportunity I have with each client I get to work with.

Therapy and the journey to self-exploration can be hard. Together, we can navigate your path toward improved mental health and emotional well-being. My approach is solution-focused, centered on the immediate obstacles you are facing. While how you got here matters, what you choose to do next can have an even greater impact. As a clinical social worker with experience across private practice, hospital social work, parenting education, and community care, I bring a broad range of experience to support us in working through challenges together.

With dual certification in family and psychiatric care, I bring a comprehensive perspective to treatment, addressing both physical and mental health needs. My professional focus includes promoting accessible, patient-centered care through telehealth and integrative health strategies.

Hi! I am Cynthia Cayer Sandoval, MS. I moved to Park City for the Olympics and fell in love! For 35 years I have been fortunate enough to have had experience working in multiple settings in the field of counseling treating children, adolescents, and adults. My services include individual therapy, family therapy, and group counseling for all ages. In my free time you will find me out on my trail bike or if I am I am lucky in the powder!!!

When I tell you I love what I do, I love what I do! I am not hear to manage symptoms, I'm here to heal. As a current doctoral student, I value continued education to maintain the highest form of evidence-based care for my clients.
