Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the past 21 years. I have expertise in helping children, adolescents and adults recover from traumatic experiences/events in their lives. In order that we strive and move forward despite whatever obstacles we might face in life, we must instill the concept of RESILIENCY in our children, adolescents and adults. Resiliency teaches us to continue to move forward despite the obstacles we face.

My mission is to heal the mind and improve lives. I provide individual, couples, family and group counseling services.
