I am the owner and Clinical Supervisor at Anchored Mental Health and Wellness. I really enjoy working with individuals, couples, and athletes to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, post concussion syndrome, sports performance concerns, marriage, and communication . My clients enjoy that I am not judgmental, I am straight forward but laid back.
Choosing the right therapist is an important step, and I'd like to share a little about the clients I serve to help you decide whether we'd be a good fit. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are navigating challenges in their relationships. Whether it's with a partner, family member, friend, or even your relationship with yourself, our connections often have a significant impact on how we think, feel, and move through the world. Many of the struggles people bring to therapy are rooted in feeling disconnected, hurt, or stuck in repeating patterns, and I find it meaningful to help clients create healthier relationships. My own journey has required grit, resilience, and the willingness to rise again and again, and those experiences shape the way I sit with others in their pain, their uncertainty, and their becoming.
I'm a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults navigating some of life's hardest seasons — infertility, adoption, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the kind of grief that doesn't have a clear name yet. I'm faith-integrated in my approach, which means I honor the role spirituality plays in your life without ever making it a requirement. My clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and refreshingly direct. I don't do one-size-fits-all therapy — every treatment plan starts with your story.
Hello, I’m Hayley Craig! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years as a practicing therapist and over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have worked in multiple settings like community mental health, integrated care, and group practice. Through my private practice I provide compassionate evidence-based care.
I believe therapy should be a space clients feel safe enough to be bravely honest and themselves. I provide a warm, down-to-earth environment that helps clients feel comfortable and understood. I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating disordered eating, self-worth, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges, with a growing focus on maternal and perinatal mental health. I am currently pursuing perinatal mental health certification to better support patients during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Education and Credentials: I hold a Master of Science Ed. from Purdue University, where I specialized in clinical mental health and addiction. I am also Certified in Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) as well as Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C). My academic background, combined with my extensive clinical experience, equips me to address a wide range of psychological and emotional concerns.
I help women and mothers struggling depression , anxiety , postpartum , stress, burn out, being overwhelmed, establishing boundaries and time managements. I assist women with regaining control over their lives by learning strategies to cope with the demands of life life and parenting that contribute to high levels of stress, depression , anxiety and burn out. Taijah is a laid-back, easy-going mom and she believes that laughter is healing.
