Xochitl employs a range of modalities tailored to suit client’s needs. This includes the innovative method of walk-and-talk therapy, where conversations unfold amidst vibrant surroundings, transforming therapy into a holistic mind-body encounter.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through talk therapy, I work with my clients in an individual basis to address emotional difficulties that impact their day to day life. I aim to build a warm and caring relationship with my clients to foster a safe environment where they can be vulnerable as we work together in their individual healing journey.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session can be intimidating, and my goal is to provide you with the space and time to share your thoughts, concerns and what your goals might be.

We will complete an initial evaluation along with the assessments that I will send over to you before our session, this can give us a better picture of our starting point.

I also like to spend time to discuss policies, expectations and best way to communicate with each other between sessions.
