As a mental health therapist for more than two decades I have helped people through their dilemmas of trauma, depression, anxiety including ADHD, bipolar management, family relationships, and other life stressors. I hold EMDR, Trauma and Anxiety Certifications. I also hold a holistic health practitioner certification focused on motivation, energy, and health systems associated with overall wellness. I have worked with individuals who suffers with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and substance abuse disorders. The most profound thing that I've learned is that we can improve ourselves at any point in our lives. I earned my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As a LCSW, I have worked with diverse and vulnerable populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My goal is to assist individuals in reaching their highest potential.

Hello! My name is Emma. I am a newly Licensed Clinical Social Worker but have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years now. My background includes substance abuse, community mental health, and most recently, mental health in a correctional setting. I enjoy working with a wide range of concerns, primarily with adults.

I am an integrative psychotherapist with a private practice in Chicagoland. As a body-inclusive practitioner, my clinical work is grounded in somatic psychotherapy and emphasizes the healing capacity of the mind-body-spirit connection.

I hold a Masters degree in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a Masters degree in Teaching from Webster University. I've supplemented my education with post-graduate training in trauma, somatics, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and neuroscience.
