Hi, I’m Gretchen, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, ANCC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Lewis University. I work with individuals, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and substance use concerns, providing care in both English and Spanish. I bring experience from emergency departments, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and private practice, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Hello! I've been practicing since 2017. I've worked in community based organizations and private practice. I've worked closely with the BIPOC communities with a particular emphasis on the Latinx community. I am Latinx and cis-genderd female. I focus on intergenerational trauma and healing. I specialize in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, Maternal Mental Health, Family Mental Health, Interpersonal Violence, Complex Trauma and Traumatic Stress. I've seen couples since 2024.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in biological and nursing sciences, a Master’s in acupuncture science, and a Doctorate in chiropractic medicine from the National University of Health Sciences, where I developed a strong foundation in Eastern medicine and natural therapies. I am a double board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in family and psychiatric mental health.
