I’ve spent years sitting with people at their lowest—through addiction, crisis, and the kind of pain that can make life feel unmanageable. That work taught me something I bring into every session now: nobody is “too much,” and no story is too messy. These days, I’m more focused on slower, steadier work. Whether you’re worn down by depression, gripping through stress, or finally ready to be honest about drinking or using, I’ll meet you where you are with steadiness, honesty, and compassion. I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment.

With a background in both psychiatric and family medicine, I take a whole-person approach—considering both your mental and physical health when developing your treatment plan. My goal is to help you feel like yourself again.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background from working with military, children and family’s, substance abuse, mental health and other populations. I graduated with my masters degree in 2016 from the University of Southern Mississippi located in Longbeach Mississippi after my military service. I like for anyone that I and providing services a service to feel safe and open.

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illness, trauma (including first responders), aging-related concerns, and members of the agricultural and farming communities.

I provide telehealth services across multiple states, I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

I am a dual certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in tandum with medication management. I strive to help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to find balance in their daily lives.
