I am an author, professor as well as the founder of Hidden to Healing, LLC providing individual, couples and family counseling to those that are struggling with trauma, anxiety, overall life satisfaction, depression, aggression, grief, substance abuse, and behavioral and emotional issues.

Hi! My name is Cassie. I am a licensed clinical social worker in both GA and SC. I am devoted to helping individuals grow and overcome their obstacles in life. I have worked with clients from all walks of life. I am able to work with anyone.

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many clients come to me during chapters of life that feel confusing or chaotic. Together, we slow things down. We work to understand what's driving the pain, identify what you truly need, and develop practical skills to move forward with confidence and clarity.

My clinical background includes addiction counseling, family dynamics, grief work, trauma-informed care, and supporting clients who have experienced unstable relationships, emotional dysregulation, or long-standing stress. I provide a non-judgemental environment where honesty is welcomed, growth is supported, and you don't have to pretend to be ok.

Therapy with me is active- we talk, plan, reflect, and practice new ways of thinking and coping. You will always leave the session with insight, direction, and support you can apply to everyday life. I am Dr. Crystal Holt, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate and sixteen years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I bring a cultural fluency and lived awareness into the room that credentials alone cannot teach. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic conditions, infertility, maternal mental health, and the full, complicated range of what it means to be a person navigating a world that does not always slow down long enough to let you heal.
