Hey! My name is Brittany Wallace. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma in adults. I have over 8 years of experience providing therapeutic care in various settings such as outpatient treatment facilities, collegiate programs, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and the K-12 school system.

I have 12 years’ experience counseling all backgrounds and ages including men, women, mothers, professionals, veterans, and teens who have dealt with anxiety, depression, addiction, family and career issues, etc. My clients often tell me that I have a unique way of explaining ideas and perspectives to them that makes it easy for them to understand and apply.

I work with adolescents, adults, Veterans, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, substance use, and emotional conflict.

I have a particular passion for supporting children and families healing from trauma and disrupted attachment. I have extensive experience providing attachment-focused therapy for adopted children, children in foster care, and their caregivers — working alongside families to strengthen emotional bonds, improve communication, build trust, and address behavioral concerns.

With more than 20 years of experience, I've worked across private practice, community-based mental health, managed care, substance abuse treatment, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. I bring warmth and steady expertise to every stage of the healing process.
