I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a diverse background from working with military, children and family’s, substance abuse, mental health and other populations. I graduated with my masters degree in 2016 from the University of Southern Mississippi located in Longbeach Mississippi after my military service. I like for anyone that I and providing services a service to feel safe and open.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Marshall University Graduate College, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

I’m also a Master Addiction Counselor (since 2005), a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, and an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR therapist.

As someone who was born in Nigeria and has personally navigated cultural adjustment and its stressors, I understand how complex it can feel to find your footing. Drawing on both my lived experience and professional training, I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs. I use tools like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
