I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a story we write together. I bring a collaborative, narrative-based approach to working with individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to create a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to re-author the stories that shape their lives.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, where I focused on systems theory and narrative practice. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse populations supporting clients through challenges such as relationship transitions, trauma recovery, and identity exploration.

I am a therapist who genuinely loves this work and the people I get to do it with. I work with adults who are navigating big life changes, relationship shifts, and the kind of moments that make you stop and ask "who am I now?" My approach is flexible and collaborative, so we figure out together what you need and how to get there. I work fully virtually, so you can show up to sessions from wherever feels most comfortable for you.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and the founder of Inhale Therapy and The Light Collective. I support adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, emotional abuse, and the heavy moments in between—with compassion, honesty, and an approach that meets you where you are.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and undergraduate degrees from Oglethorpe University. I’m also certified in Telemental Health (CTMH) and Anxiety Treatment (CCATP). My clinical experience is wide-ranging, but my work is always grounded in respect, integrity, and personal connection.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns-- from everyday stress and life transitions to severe or persistent mental illness.

I believe every person deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My practice is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I enjoy working with couples, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm.

I have advanced training in, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

I also have extensive experience helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, unhealthy relationship patterns, and the impact of personality disorders on individuals and families.

Above all, I believe people are far more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
