Raessha Stanley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Focused CBT practitioner, and Youth Crisis Intervention specialist. With years of experience in school-based and community mental health, I empower individuals to build resilience and healing from the inside out. Through my practice, Oh Ra! Holistic Healing, LLC, I provide therapy, trainings, and workshops that integrate evidence-based care with a holistic lens.

Sometimes the heaviest things you are carrying are the ones you have never said out loud to anyone. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, with a particular focus on men navigating anger, anxiety, depression, and the lasting weight of grief. Many of the people who come to me have been managing on their own for a long time, and they are worn out by it. I offer a steady, direct space where that can begin to change.

I specialize in working with professionals, leaders, and high-achieving adults who are balancing demanding careers, relationships, parenting, and personal expectations while struggling with anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, or stress that never fully seems to shut off. Many of my clients are successful professionally but find themselves struggling to feel fully present at home, connected in relationships, or able to truly slow their mind down.

I also work with adults navigating depression, major life transitions, work stress, relationship challenges, and the pressure of trying to manage everything while continuing to perform at a high level. Often, the same strengths that help people succeed professionally can also contribute to chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, overthinking, difficulty relaxing, or feeling like they always need to stay in control.

I was born and raised in one of Nigeria’s vibrant and bustling cities, where I learned the values of community, resilience, and compassion from an early age. Inspired by a deep desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I pursued my education in health care. This journey has been a blessing and a privilege, allowing me to work in health care and provide care for the people I love and serve.

My family and I have built a home filled with love and laughter. They bring joy and inspiration to my life every day. I'm excited to support my clients in bringing that same love and joy and laughter back into their own lives.

Welcome! My name is Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, PhD. I hold a LMFT/LCMFT license in the states of Florida, Georgia, and Kansas. I earned my PhD. in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that hope and healing are possible for everyone. My counseling approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change can occur when individuals, couples, and families partner with a compassionate, skilled therapist who provides effective support and practical mental health resources. Many men carry struggles they’ve never felt safe enough to talk about. I work with men, adolescent males, veterans, and military members who are dealing with trauma, substance use, domestic violence, compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship conflict, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. You might feel stuck in patterns that are damaging your relationships, affecting your sense of identity, or leaving you feeling ashamed, angry, emotionally disconnected, or out of control. My work also involves betrayal trauma, conduct disorders and men overwhelmed with power, privilege and identity issues.

Anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, and unhealthy coping patterns can make it difficult to move forward alone. My goal is to provide a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment.
