Hi, I’m Dwan! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, with more than 15 years of experience supporting adults through some of life’s toughest—and sometimes most confusing—seasons. My journey into mental health started when I was a kid growing up in Brooklyn, with a natural curiosity about people and what makes us tick. That curiosity grew after my first psychology class in high school, eventually leading me to a career where I get to do what I’ve always wanted: help people feel better, understand themselves, and move forward.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy—trust me, none of us do! Life gets messy, overwhelming, and sometimes you just need a safe place to sort through it all. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and those moments when you’re simply thinking, “Okay...what am I supposed to do now?”

My style is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and judgment-free. Together, we’ll talk through the hard stuff, celebrate the wins (even the tiny ones!), uncover strengths you may have forgotten you have, and find tools that actually fit your life. I use approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and gratitude—but therapy with me isn’t about throwing a bunch of clinical terms at you. It’s about you, your story, and figuring out the next chapter together.

I’m Shea Hutchinson, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating emotional,relational, and life challenges.

Katie Dean is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare expertise, including 10 years of specialized psychiatric practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in psychiatric evaluations, differential diagnosis, and medication management for various disorders. She provides expert care for patients navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and autism spectrum disorder.

Some things sit at the intersection of your body, your history, and your identity all at once. Chronic illness that no one takes seriously. Fertility struggles that feel isolating. Postpartum experiences that do not match what anyone told you to expect. The grief of a life chapter ending. Most therapists are not trained to hold all of that. That is exactly where I work.

I am Dr. Crystal Holt, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate and sixteen years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I bring a cultural fluency and lived awareness into the room that credentials alone cannot teach. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic conditions, infertility, maternal mental health, and the full, complicated range of what it means to be a person navigating a world that does not always slow down long enough to let you heal.
