I’m Jennifer Haynes, LMHC, Founder and Clinical Director of Fr33 Mind LLC. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, emotional wellness, and helping clients better understand the patterns that shape how they think, feel, relate, and respond to life.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, family dynamics, and periods of feeling disconnected from themselves. My training includes trauma treatment, DBT-informed care, grief counseling, suicide assessment and management, parent training, neuropsychotherapy, mental health and nutrition, and personality disorder treatment. I am also a Florida Qualified Supervisor and am currently completing certification in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, anticipated in March 2027.

What I want clients to know most is that therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and individualized. I value warmth and compassion, but I also believe meaningful therapy includes reflection, accountability, skill-building, and learning how to make choices that better align with the life you want.

Greetings, my name is Dr. LaTonya Shaw, I am the CEO of M.I.N.D Therapeutic Services, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Healthcare Administrator with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and families toward healing and personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I focused on Mental Health Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, Child Psychology, and Marriage and Family Therapy. I earned my Doctoral degree in Clinical Healthcare Administration from the University of Lynchburg.

I was born and raised in Southeastern Florida by my strict and loving paternal grandmother. I am the eldest of my siblings and proudly embrace my Native American, South American, and African American heritage. I am a devoted mother of three adult children, a Godmother to five, two grandpups, finding joy in family, travel, escape rooms, coloring, and sipping hot tea.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR Therapist dedicated to supporting adults in overcoming mental health and behavioral challenges, particularly those rooted in trauma. Using EMDR, I assist clients process and heal from past traumas, enabling them to live more fully in the present. I employ a Solution-Focused Approach, emphasizing practical, goal-oriented strategies to empower clients to find solutions and foster meaningful behavior change.

Elizabeth Lerner received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech Communications and Sociology from the University of Miami in 1993 and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University in 1995. She became licensed in 1998 and is a qualified supervisor for those seeking Florida licensure.
