Dr. Jason Hosch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor (LCCC). He acquired his MA in Counseling Psychology in 1995 from the University of North Florida. In 2010, he attained his PhD in Clinical Christian Psychology through the National Christian Counselors Association, and was also ordained. He has his certifications in Temperament Therapy and Neuro-Lingistic Programming (NLP). Dr. Hosch is also a specialist with trauma and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting, both very effective forms of trauma therapy for working through and resolving Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Dr. Hosch has over the years worked with various community and private agencies, and has worked with adolescents, adults, and families. He works in private practice with Life Transitions Counseling in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Dr. Hosch has a passion for helping people find hope, healing, and freedom in their lives from bondage and oppression.

I’m Seth Watson, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you find balance and resilience. I pride myself on offering an easy, stress-free demeanor that makes it simple to talk openly. When it comes to medication management however, I get right down to business. I focus on addressing the problem with strong, evidence-based results, and I will always utilize a collaborative approach to ensure that every decision about your care is one we make together.

I have more than 25 years of experience assessing and treating adolescents, adults, and families. While I appreciate numerous approaches, my patients have stated that I provide a melding of both direct and indirect styles. In other words, my standard of care is challenging and supportive. More often than not, you won’t leave a session wondering what’s next.

Hi! I am Katie. I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Masters Certified Addictions Counselor (MCAP). I received my bachelors from UF and then went on to get my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from USF. I have nearly 10 years of experience working in the helping profession. After graduation, I began working in child welfare and for the past 3 years I have been working in residential substance use and trauma treatment programs.

I love helping others overcome mental obstacles to allow them to reach their goals. I strongly value the therapeutic relationship and use it as a catalyst for positive change. I have over 8 years of experience in private practice and have helped people through a wide range of issues. I have unique experience in sport and performance psychology. I have two post undergraduate degrees in mental health counseling from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Butler University. I bring my knowledge, experience, and value system to each of my clients.

I am a Brazilian-American Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping people navigate anxiety, relationships, boundaries, and life’s challenges with warmth, creativity, and a sprinkle of humor. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and honest. I work with clients from all backgrounds, ages 13 and up, and take a holistic view of wellness that considers the mind, body, and spirit.
