I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse. Iqra Kapadwala is a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and intercultural issues, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.

My approach is compassionate, direct when needed, and focused on helping clients build practical tools for everyday life while also exploring deeper emotional patterns and experiences.

I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients and creating an affirming therapeutic space where clients feel respected and understood.

I am Dr. Marcia Johnson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health care. My background includes work in hospitals, outpatient programs, crisis stabilization, higher education, and private practice. I hold a Ph.D. in Medical & Urban Sociology and an MSW in Mental Health from Howard University.

I specialize in helping clients manage trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and substance use disorders, including co‐occurring conditions. I also welcome clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith and spirituality into therapy, as I believe healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.
