Using a focus on relationships, I work with individuals, couples, and families to obtain a sense of overall well-being and balance. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida I have had the privilege to work in the dependency system, child advocacy setting, not-for-profit sector and private agencies. Services are available in office or through teletherapy.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a combined seven years of experience in the mental health field (including three years of clinical supervisory experience), where I have been providing care to clients in multiple agencies throughout the state of Florida, utilizing clinical models to improve patient care and drive positive clinical outcomes. I have worked with diverse client populations and multiple diagnoses (anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, etc.) throughout the years, including serving young children through older adults.

Reaching out for therapy can be a significant step, and I strive to make the process feel comfortable, supportive, and free from judgment. With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress.

I believe that every person has strengths that can be built upon, even during difficult times. My role is to provide a safe space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I started my career in New York City then moved my practice to the sunny state of Florida. My experience over the past 15 years is working with adults navigating everything from everyday stress to deeper emotional wounds. Life gets complicated sometimes, but you don't have to do it alone!
