I have been an LCSW for over 15 years, and anxiety is where I do my deepest work..the racing thoughts, the physical tension, the constant "what if" that won't quiet down. I have over two decades of Social Work experience. I have worked in high school settings for over 20 years with a variety of students to include: LGBTQ+, anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, and teen parenting. Prior to working in the school setting, I worked with homeless families as well as domestic violence victims.

Before counseling, I spent years in the health and fitness industry in New York City, helping clients who felt stuck or overmatched in their goals. I later trained in spiritual wellness at St. Andrew’s Church here in Gainesville. Both experiences taught me the same lesson: real growth means working with mind, body, and spirit together. It brings me immense joy to see my clients go from stuck to flourishing.

I have worked with adolescents, adults, older adults, veterans, and current and former professional athletes. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, the beach, yoga, traveling, sporting events, and time with my dogs, family, and friends.
