Hi, I'm Eli, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being fully yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged, while also being supported in making real, meaningful changes in your life.

Clients often share that they feel at ease talking with me, but also appreciate that I’m honest and help them look at things in new ways. I’m not here to just nod along. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and figure out what actually works for you moving forward.

I take a collaborative approach, which means we work together to make sense of your experiences and build tools that fit your life. Therapy does not have to feel cold or overly clinical. It can be a space that feels genuine, supportive, and even a little lighter at times, while still doing the deeper work.

Hi everyone! My name is Ivy, and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Orlando, FL.

I am a 28 year old female (she/her) that enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and spending time with my five cats.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my fiance. We love to explore and try new food places, so if you're looking for recommendations, I have tons!

Every person is unique and has a personal story to tell. My focus is the client and use a multi-modal approach to walk alongside each individual that enters the therapy setting, empowering clients to become the best version of themself. Whether individuals are managing LGBTQ+ issues, Trauma/PTSD, Grief/Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Substance Abuse, Personality Disorders, or other life challenge, allow me to meet you on your journey, and help you discover the amazing individual within.

I am a pilgrim in progress, a man of faith, a student of people, a mental health counselor, and an avid lover of stories. I am grateful to have a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University, and both a Master's of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. Professionally, I have worked with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds including: grief, trauma, gender and sexuality, addiction, faith and spirituality, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.). I have served clients across a variety of ages, children to adults both in clinical settings and also in community (professional Christian ministry) settings.

I have been serving Orlando and surrounding areas in private practice for over 5 years after first gaining experience in residential crisis and substance abuse. I received my BS in psychology from UCF and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University in Deland!

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I have specialized training in the following: Clinical Trauma Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.

My background in both education and counseling allows me to support clients with a blend of clinical insight, trauma‐informed care, and practical skill‐building. I currently serve as a facilitator with the Peace and Justice Institute and work as a contract therapist with Families First of Florida. I also have my own private practice named Here and Now Counseling Center. My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and evidence‐based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

I am a warm approachable therapist that recognizes how daily life can impact our mental health. I focus on how our past and present collide to at time cause disruptions and how to heal to live a brighter future.
