Great to meet you!

I find great joy in helping individuals and families find theirs again. I have been a therapist for the last 11 years helping people to find joy in their journeys towards better mental health and relationships. For many years I works with teenagers and their families in a school based program in New York City. Since being in Florida, I worked for many years in dual diagnosis treatment centers helping people and families overcome addiction.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an integrated approach to therapy in which I rely on my training in several different modalities and tailor therapy to each individuals needs. Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious which is the source of limiting beliefs that keep us from accomplishing our goals or locked into unhealthy habitual patterns. By accessing the subconscious, we are able to discover the root of the problem and then work to rewire the brain with the same method for lasting results!

What you can expect from our first session

Life is hard, therapy brings relief, and should not take a years! If you're interested in creating lasting significant change in your life please don't hesitate to reach out. I look forward to helping you realign with your inner wisdom and strength to be able to create a life you love!!
