Hi there! I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience in the field. In my experience, I have worked with children, teens and adults healing from trauma, abuse, attachment injuries, and neglect. I also support parents who want to strengthen parent-child relationships, understand how early experiences shape their parenting and build healthier family dynamics.

I believe we were made for wholeness, connection, and purpose but live in a world in which we often experience fragmentation, isolation, and futility.

I am passionate about taking this journey with you through those experiences towards a life of freedom and courage. After 12 years of working in a variety of cross-cultural settings with people of different ages and backgrounds, I integrates my experiences with my counseling training to walk with teens, adults, and couples in this process.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 26 years of nursing experience in various capacities, including psychiatric mental health and addiction medicine for the last 8 years. My passion is to walk alongside my patients on their mental health journey, helping them navigate challenges, cultivate lasting wellness, and restore balance for a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Before becoming a counselor, I worked as a deputy sheriff, firefighter, EMT, 911 dispatcher, and U.S. Navy Reserve member. That background shapes how I show up in sessions: direct, practical, and without judgment. I pursued counseling because I found I was genuinely good at helping people feel better, and I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, and difficult life decisions.
