Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. With more than 30 years of experience, I've helped individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life's many transitions with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

I know reaching out for help isn't always easy. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward greater confidence, healing, and peace of mind.

I have worked with clients who experience anxiety and depression for over 15 years, 8 years of that as an LPC. I have experience in multiple settings including outpatient and inpatient.

I have worked my entire career within a hospital setting and specialize in working with first responders, healthcare providers and doctors.

I enjoy working with a variety of people who have diverse lifestyles and cultural backgrounds. My clients find me to be compassionate, supportive, and challenging when needed. I am licensed in Colorado as a professional counselor. I have 10+ years of experience working with children and families, with careers ranging from nannying, Montessori art teacher, to family and couples therapist. 5 of these years include my professional work experience as a psychotherapist, family therapist, and art therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & eating disorders.

I'm a first generation, South Asian woman. I'm a passionate expressive arts-integrative therapist. I best serve women, ages 25-35, who are coping with life stressors, trauma, or adjusting to a new phase in life. This journey isn't linear and can feel lonely and confusing, and the waves can be hard to manage. If you enjoy being in a validating and empathetic space while focusing on your strengths and creativity, I look forward to supporting you in finding tools to help you ride the waves. :)

With a background in working with individuals across various age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults, I bring extensive experience to our therapeutic relationship. My focus areas include ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, anxiety, and complex PTSD.
