I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist with 17 years in the Mental and Behavioral Health Field, 11 of those as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I then pursued my Masters of Social Work degree and graduated in 2008 from the University of Montana. This graduate program had a focus on providing a social justice and integrated practitioner perspective. I have an eclectic style that can be tailored to each unique individual. My primary therapeutic methods include Mindfulness Based, Holistic, Exposure, Narrative, Cognitive and Behavioral, Strengths Based & Solution Focused Therapies. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment that often helps people feel comfortable. A true passion of mine is structuring therapeutic activities for clients to express, process, increase self-awareness, and de-stress from life’s challenging and developmental experiences.

I'm Anna Bellard, LCSW, a trauma therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, PSTD, and the lasting impact of trauma. I specialize in EMDR therapy and somatic-based approaches that help clients heal not just mentally, but through the nervous system as a whole.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Vermont and completed my Master of Social Work at University of Denver in 2020. My clinical background includes inpatient psychiatric care, adult partial hospitalization (PHP), and dual-diagnosis treatment, where I worked with complex trauma, mood disorders, and substance use.

Overtime, my work led me to focus on individual therapy for adults seeking deeper healing, emotional regulation, and reconnection with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct.

As both a mental health and addiction professional, I bring a compassionate and holistic perspective to my work with clients. I understand that each person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and working toward meaningful change.
