Welcome! I'm Dr. Ben Osevwe, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 22 years of experience in mental health care, including over 4.5 years as a PMHNP. I founded Solid Foundation Psychiatry with one mission: to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized psychiatric care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 through 90, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. I believe that effective mental health treatment goes beyond prescribing medication. Every visit is an opportunity to listen, educate, collaborate, and develop a treatment plan that reflects your unique goals, values, and life circumstances.
My clinical interests include ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or have struggled with symptoms for years, I strive to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns.
I provide both in-person psychiatric care in Pearland, Texas, serving the greater Houston area, and telepsychiatry to patients in states where I am licensed. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with psychotherapy and lifestyle recommendations.
My philosophy is simple: Every person deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and given the tools to thrive. I believe healing begins with a trusting relationship, open communication, and a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
It is a privilege to be part of your mental health journey, and I look forward to partnering with you to help you build resilience, restore hope, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.

A lot of people who find their way to me have spent years in a world that wasn't quite built for the way their brain works, and they're still figuring out what that means. I'm Brittany, a Neurodiversity affirming Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I specialize in supporting Autistic teens and adults, including those who received their diagnosis later in life, alongside people navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADD/ADHD, and relationship challenges. Clients often tell me I'm the first therapist who has really understood them.
I believe that meaningful healing happens through connection. My goal is to create a compassionate, respectful, and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring the experiences that have shaped you. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and recognize that every person brings unique strengths, values, relationships, and life experiences to therapy. I will meet you where you are and support you as you work toward greater understanding, healing, and growth. For clients who desire it, Christian faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into our work in a way that honors your individual beliefs and comfort level.
I'm warm, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and approachable.
Hello, and welcome. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, and trauma. I also have experience supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families, as well as individuals navigating parenting and caregiving responsibilities.
With over a decade of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse and a Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, neurodiversity, and medication
management.
I offer a supportive, affirming space where clients can show up authentically. I guide individuals in rediscovering themselves and taking meaningful steps toward a more purposeful and aligned life.
