Helping people find joy and meaning in their lives is my biggest passion in my work. However, life has its difficulties, including painful experiences, and when you need help solving what is in the way of getting from one day to the next or pursuing dreams, I want to help you figure out what is happening and help you develop tools to empower you to manage what seemed impossible and to create the life you desire.
I work with individuals and families across the spectrum, as well as professionals navigating major life transitions. As a Psychology Professor and Senior Lecturer, I provide a high-level clinical space for those who feel "stuck" in their current narrative. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating a career shift, or seeking LGBTQ+ affirming care, my ideal clients are those ready to build a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and truly yours.

I specialize in working with adults ages 18 and older experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, binge eating, perfectionism, procrastination, stress management, and life transitions. I also support individuals who struggle with self-critical thinking, guilt, shame, emotional overwhelm, managing stress or difficulty maintaining balance during demanding phases of life.
I believe that human beings possess an innate ability to move toward happiness and health, but sometimes adversity, life transitions, and challenging experiences can get in the way. My approach aims to foster a reparative relationship through collaborative, warm, and interactive sessions.
I work with young adults and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, communication, parenting, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we can discover your personal strengths and build upon them so you can work towards meeting your goals.
