You show up every day: for your clients, your patients, your family, your team. But somewhere between all of that, showing up for yourself got lost. If you are a caregiver, a healthcare professional, or someone who has spent years keeping everything running, you may have noticed the anxiety, the exhaustion, or the low-grade stress that just will not lift. That is exactly who I work with. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional with more than 25 years in healthcare, including mental health crisis urgent care, inpatient and outpatient settings, and telehealth work with adults experiencing depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and panic disorders, I bring clinical depth and a genuine understanding of what burnout does to the body and mind. I trained at Azusa Pacific University (BSN, Public Health Nursing) and Wilkes University (MSN, PMHNP), and my goal is to help high-functioning professionals and caregivers restore clarity, resilience, and balance.
I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in understanding who you are as a whole person. Everyone comes to therapy with their own story, background, and way of communicating, and I take time to really get to know each client as an individual. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, sharing openly, and feeling genuinely heard and supported as we work through what brought you to therapy.
I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I’ve been working as a therapist since 2015 and independently licensed since 2018. I primarily work with adults (18+) and support individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, brief grief experiences, life transitions, and women’s issues.
Hi! I’m Camille. Thank you for being here. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals and families across many different healthcare settings—from emergency nursing and the COVID-19 pandemic response to travel and concierge nursing, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and outpatient psychiatry. After years of living and working in major cities, including New York and Los Angeles, I eventually found my way to California’s Sierra Nevada foothills. My own experiences shape the way I connect with people. I’m a mother, a first-generation immigrant, part of a multicultural family, and a member of a rural mountain community. A meaningful part of my work is with high-achieving adults—professionals, executives, graduate students, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, and others who may appear to be doing well by every external measure while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or simply not quite like themselves. I also understand the unique weight that can come with intergenerational expectations, cultural identity, and learning to navigate more than one world at once.
I have a Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage, and Family from Phillips Graduate Institute.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from UCSB.
I typically work with clients who have a history of trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and managing anxiety, The clients I work with are very motivated to make changes in their lives.
I worked with high-risk, traumatized, and abused youth for many years. I find practicing therapy very rewarding. Assisting my clients to work through life challenges and progress in their life journey is a privilege.
I, truly, believe there is no "one size fits all" to therapy, so I aim to tailor the therapy experience to match each client's individual and unique needs. I collaboratively work with my clients as their co-pilot to help them navigate difficult emotional terrain, while empowering them, the expert of their own emotional landscape, to take the driver's seat because they are the expert of their own lived experiences.
My patients can expect me to be warm, empathetic, and genuinely interested in their story. I take time to understand not just current struggles, but also personal history and experiences that have shaped who they are. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to overall health, and treating psychiatric conditions can positively impact all areas of life. I work with all patients and conditions, and I always meet people where they are. If someone isn’t ready for medications, I fully support their choice and will be there to provide guidance, education, and care until the time feels right for them. Above all, I listen, I value each person’s perspective, and I aim to create a safe space where patients feel truly heard.
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering — I believe you are the expert on your own life.
As a graduate of the University of Southern California, my training emphasized both clinical excellence and authentic human connection. I integrate CBT and DBT-informed approaches to help clients develop practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.
I was drawn to this work because I’ve seen how powerful self-awareness and skill-building can be in transforming not only how we cope, but how we experience ourselves and our relationships. I understand that seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where you feel truly seen — while also gently challenged to grow in ways that build confidence, clarity, and lasting self-trust.
I work with all ages and I'm trained in trauma based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. I offer individual therapy using attachment based therapies, solution-focused brief therapy, and Gestalt self-compassion techniques. I'm not currently offering couples counseling except through private pay. I have worked with foster youth, caregivers, families, LGBTQ, and veterans. I have found my work to be professionally rewarding by assisting people in reaching their goals. I’m committed to meeting your needs and learning.

Find an expert who truly understands OCD
Headway helps you manage obsessive-compulsive disorder with expert-guided support — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Factors to Consider When Choosing an OCD Therapist in San Bernardino
Finding OCD therapists in San Bernardino starts with looking for the right training, not just the right location. Exposure and response prevention, often called ERP, is a common evidence-based approach for obsessive-compulsive disorder, and not every therapist has training in it. If you want support for intrusive thoughts, compulsions, checking behaviors, contamination fears, or related anxiety, review each therapist’s listed specialties and approach before booking. A bio that names OCD experience, ERP, or cognitive behavioral therapy can help you identify a therapist whose background matches what you want to work on.
San Bernardino has local therapy options, and virtual appointments can expand your choices across California if nearby availability is limited or your schedule is hard to match. For OCD care, it helps to look beyond whether a therapist lists OCD as a specialty and check whether they describe specific ERP training or structured work with obsessions and compulsions. You may also want to compare appointment times, whether the therapist is accepting new patients, and whether they offer a free phone consultation. Reading profiles closely can show how a therapist explains their style, session structure, and experience with OCD.
Therapy in San Bernardino can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network coverage is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and understand what you may pay before care begins. Headway makes that process easier by letting you search for therapists who match your needs, review detailed bios, check estimated costs after entering your insurance, and book directly when you’re ready.
